HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping cost may vary by items.
PROCESSING TIME
As soon as we receive your order, we process your item in 2–3 business days. This includes production time since most of the products are made to order.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY
As soon as the order is processed, we will send tracking information to the email used during the purchase. Delivery may take approximately 4–5 business days.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at info@horizonsgiftshop.com.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 60 days of the original purchase date, contact our support team for a full refund.
(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their orders or missed parcel deliveries.)
RETURNS AND REFUND GUARANTEE
For items received that are not as described in our listing or are defective, we will cover return shipping costs and send a replacement item as soon as possible.
All returns must be in their original packaging and condition, and must be made within 15 days of the delivery date.
